apply to have the company restored to the register.<\/p>\n<p>By restoring your company to the register, you will be able to continue with business as usual, as all assets automatically transfer back to the Company on restoration.<\/p>\n<h2>Vanuatu Company Restoration fees<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Vanuatu Financial Services Commission Restoration fee US$250<\/li>\n<li>Take over authority of the company and Restore to the Register &#8211; \u00a3680<\/li>\n<li>Provision of Registered Agent and Registered Address &#8211; \u00a3760<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding Annual Registration fee &#8211; $300 per year<\/li>\n<li>Due Diligence &#8211; per Director &amp; Shareholder &#8211; \u00a380<\/li>\n<li>Annual Renewal fee USD$300<\/li>\n<li>Penalty fee per year USD$100<\/li>\n<li>Additional disbursements the company\u2019s statutory files from the current registered agent and depending on the files we may need to undertake some due diligence with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission.<\/p>\n<p>We will also contact the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission to obtain what fees and penalties are outstanding.<\/p>\n<p>We need to provide the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission \u2013 Register of Companies with details of the shareholders, directors, addresses etc.<\/p>\n<h2>Company Directors and Shareholders<\/h2>\n<p>When a Vanuatu company is restored, the previous Directors, Company
