Massachusetts Certificate of Good Standing<\/h1>\n

We can provide a Good Standing Certificate for any registered Massachusetts Corporation or LLC. The certificate confirms that the entity exists and is in compliance with all MA state requirements. The Massachusetts Certificates of Good Standing are issued by the Corporations Division of the Secretary of the Commonwealth for Domestic Profit Corporations, Foreign Corporations and Non-Profit Corporations.   • Certificate Verification Number<\/li>\n
  • State Seal of Massachusetts<\/li>\n
  • There are no proceedings presently pending under the Massachusetts General Laws<\/li>\n
  • That the company has not filed articles of dissolution, certificate of cancellation or similar documents<\/li>\n
  • The Massachusetts Certificate of Good Standing is electronically signed and stamped by the Secretary of the Commonwealth under seal<\/li>\n
  • The Certificate of Good Standing will be affixed with the Massachusetts State Seal with a unique certificate number as well as the state site where the unique certificate number may be verified for authenticity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
