    Company Not in Good Standing<\/h2>\n

    If your your company was Involuntarily Dissolved by the State of Alaska and the entity\u2019s authority to transact business in the State of Alaska ceased to exist. This means the Alaska company is not in compliance and the Certificate of Good Standing cannot be issued.<\/p>\n

    If the Alaska company is not in Good Standing and a Good Standing Certificate cannot be issued by the Division of Corporations we will instead provide a company search showing the current company status.<\/p>\n

    If your Alaska company was Involuntarily Dissolved less than two years ago it is possible to reinstate your company.\u00a0 We can reinstate your Alaska company back into to Good Standing with the Alaska Secretary of State. If the Alaska company was Involuntarily Dissolved more than two years ago it is no longer possible to Reinstate the entity. The reinstatement fees in Alaska vary depending on what caused the company\u2019s dissolution and whether there are any annual reports due.<\/p>\n
