The North Dakota\u00a0Certificate of Good Standing\/ Certificate of Fact is an official document issued by the North Dakota Secretary of State that certifies that the legal entity is registered with the State of North Dakota and is compliance with all State required formalities.     After the one-year reinstatement period following the involuntary revocation, reinstatement can only occur by a court order obtained from North Dakota’s Burleigh County Court filed with the Secretary of State. The court order must be accompanied by the most recent past-due annual report, registered agent statement of change, and appropriate fees.<\/p>\n
